Tech Talk started as an attempt to make a forum for discussing and browsing information on electronics. However, the original intent never really found its fulfillment. Instead, the forum became a meetup place for a couple of phpBB forum administrators to chat about random everyday things, anything from forum and webhosting hiccups to what they had for breakfast.
