AHMAD JAMAL for jazz piano. High end. Top drawer. The best of the genre. It's jazz.

EARL KLUGH. Jazz guitar, maybe fusion. Probably the sweetest tunes you'll ever hear. SODA FOUNTAIN SHUFFLE highly is highly recommended.

Holy Moses. 1950's. It sounds cool,too. I was listening to his straight piano he did in the eighties. I had no idea he was like a hundred years old...

Here's a more recent version by Jarrett, obviously reminiscent of the Jamal version. Except that Jarrett can play rings around Jamal any day of the week. I think it was Oscar Peterson who described Jarrett as 'the most technically proficient' pianist of his time. He didn't mention whether Jarrett possessed a soul, or was just some software.
