I know...I need to detox and to work the program of AA/NA I cannot sustain this run I have been on anymore...I need help since i recognize this disease is serious and it will kill me in then end if I do not fix it..I THANK YOU FOR LISTENING.

Find an AA or NA meeting...sit at the back and listen. You are one of millions and nothing special. What will make you special will be having the balls to turn your back on all of it, rarely a person can do it on their own.

Bonus...they have free coffee and cookies.
