This sounds yummy. I have never used sumac before, but this looks like something I might like.

Prawn tacos tonight. They were ok. Meh.
Seems like a nasty thing to do to prawns. It wasn't awful or anything, but I'd likely never do it again on purpose.

Made a slow cooker beef stew tonight. It was good as it always is. I like cooking things in the slow cooker so dinner is a breeze. All the work is done in the morning unless you are making other sides.

I only like beetroot freshly baked, steamed, or boiled. But a little bit of olive oil and lemon juice goes well with them.

Aside from potatoes, I prefer the majority of vegetables raw, lightly sauteed/stir-fried or lightly steamed. And again, aside from potatoes, I'm not a fan of roasted vegetables. I've tried to get over it, over the years, but it never took.
I think my mom's ability to murder vegetables is at the root of all this.
