I smoked for about 15 years prior to quitting.

I remember something that I look back on in embarrassment involving blood pressure. One day I went to a dentist appointment where they were going to give me a local anesthetic before messing with my teeth. They took my blood pressure beforehand and it was 200/160! They said they couldn't continue with the procedure because of fear that I might have a hear attack or stroke. I was mad because that meant I had to reschedule my appointment which meant I had to come back at another date that wasn't convenient for me... so what did I do after I left the hospital? I went by the side of the building and smoked another cigarette.

i also had one prior to the appointment. I think that was during a period when my body was in the worst shape I've been in to date. I smoked almost a pack a day and didn't leave the house much outside of getting food.

I dress far more demurely for work/Church or to see my mother than I would to go on a motorbike ride with my dad, or to a night club or dinner with my friends. For example, I went to dinner on Saturday night in skin tight jeans, thigh high boots, and a black top with lacy bits and a low cut top under a cropped jacket.

I have quite a selection of high heeled boots, and an entire section of my wardrobe that is dedicated to leather skirts and jackets. One example of such an outfit:

Just saying that you dont see that kind of dress in here... Ever..

Even the old people here dont go to church....

Church is still big in Australia.

That pic looks nice. :)

My mother is one of the tiniest women you would ever see, and she has a family history of heart disease and had a heart attack at the age of 27 when she had a blood clot go to her heart. Her father, who also appeared quite fit in appearance, dropped dead at 39 of a heart attack.

Although obesity can increase the risk of heart attack, it's not the sole cause of it. Often, the two go hand in hand due to the unhealthy diet that adds unnecessary fats to the body that the liver can not break down properly. But, heart issues are more often than not, genetic.

Weight is also not always an indication of fitness or activity. I have always been little and appeared to be fit, but have never been one to exercise, even in childhood, I avoided anything that seemed like sport or exercise like the plague. But I know much larger people than myself who are very fit, and work out regularly and have a far healthier diet than I.
You are slim but you are not ripped.. Thats good..
Women should not have big muscles.. That doesnt look feminine at all.

Yeah I know people with genetically busted hearts..
They are fit but their heartbeat is erratic..

based on the tests they've done on me in recent times, my cardiovascular system isn't in too bad a shape. My resting heart rate was at 82 bpm (the normal range is 60-100), my blood pressure varies but is rarely higher than the limit for prehypertension (139/89), and my cholesterol count is quite good. My LDL was about 65mg/dL, and I don't remember my HDL.

I used to smoke, but I quit in 2013. I don't drink or do drugs, either.
I remember my blood pressure being 200/150... :D

But I was in withdrawal..

When I was terribly out of shape, I couldn't really feel anything significant that was wrong with me. My blood pressure was often in the hypertension range... near 160/110 at the worst before that particular incident. I blame American cigarettes and their hundreds of carcinogenic additives. I wasn't concerned at the time about my health because I was constantly seeing people who smoked more than a pack a day and some of them were much heavier than even my peak weight.

It gets to a point where everything is just a space in between smoke breaks.

I got concerned when I was gaining almost a pound a week. The fast food here is so bad for our health, and most restaurants serve these ridiculous sized portions that could feed a family in some countries... and they just kep on getting more fattening. The big metropolitan cities are the worst places for longevity, it seems.

Now I feel head rushes when I've had too much sugar or caffeine, soreness from dehydration, weakness from malnutrition, and dizziness from low blood sugar.

I agree.

I used to eat horribly, now I think I still like that shit, but when I revisit it I find it is no longer for me.

Nope.

I was vegan for almost a year, still didn't care if others chose to eat meat and even prepared it for them.

You are such a little bitch, by the way.

Only the militant activist vegans, Odi. I've got friends who are vegan because they can't stand the taste of meat. And I've got some who are vegetarian because they can't stand the thought of the animals. Your experience with vegans may not be everyone else's.

Most of the vegans are militant because they want to stop the slaughter of animals..
They also want to stop global warming..

They have righteous cause and every1 who does not agree with them, is an ignorant asshole.

Have gay people ever considered that they are annoying and thats why every1 hates them?

Isnt that what they are aiming at.. To be as annoying as possible.

Why cant they just act regular and keep that gay stuff in the bedroom?

If people parading with their dicks out annoys you, look the other way.

This might also help prevent you from drooling.
