The second verse happened to me. True story. Wifey wrecked BOTH my cars at once early one morning trying to get to work,(long story, but it was truly an accident) and woke me up sacred to death and on the verge of tears. I went out to the driveway and just stated laughing. I think that scared her more than if I had ranted and raved. This song was in my head that morning.

It's uncommon that I don't mind hearing a recent song over and over, but then again this isn't exactly a new song.

No we both drive standard transmissions, she uses her emergency brake, I leave mine in gear. She woke up to a dead battery in her car, so she hopped in mine to crank it to jump her's off, she cranked it, let off the clutch and hopped out. Anyway it looked a lot worse than it was, and to be honest, ranting and raving wasn't going to accomplish anything my cars were broke, and I knew she (or insurance) would get them fixed so I was able to notice how funny her strained, on the edge of tears, voice was trying not to get too close to me because she just knew I was gonna lose my mind.
Yea it was funny. the look on her face when I started giggling was even funnier. "Looks a little rough but runs good anyway" indeed.

certainly am..sometimes i have the need to escape back to that time at least through music..most of the time movies but movies take a lot more focus for a lack of better way of putting it
