Its definitely the directors fault that the lines and facial expressions are so cringy.

They hired amateurs as directors for the rings of power.

I watched the first season, pretty lackluster as a show in my opinion. As being about the rings, and all that, it's pretty sad, and I would give it maybe a 2 out of 5. The second season isn't on the site so Ill have to wait for that, I doubt it will improve much even with a Balrog, or Dragon in it....
