People on the cruise waiting to die. Canadians and Americans. The virus is all over the ship. Dead bodies being removed by the military.

Can't blame Japan, they are doing whats right, but there should be a way off the ship after a while if quarantined from other passengers.
They should have an area off the ship for a good quarantine in a controlled environment.

As for the cost Canada should put the bill along with the other nationalities on board. I know Japan is paying which is a shame when those are not there people. They could tell the boat to leave, and don't come back I guess, but that may be a maritime thing being they are in distress.

I've seen videos on YouTube how wild dogs tear and rip live animals apart.

Oh so terrible, and that will bother that woman the rest of her life. :(
Sad the dog had to die also, it wasn't it's fault, and just it's nature.
