You're right...Fuck the car, that can be fixed easily enough....Your BP is a much greater concern...A systolic number if over 200 is not good to say the least...No wonder you suffer from headaches....Get that fixed ASAP...Please... :panic:

Mine is likely worse because my neck, it cause a my BP to go so high after it tried to correct itself.

Probably being in pain all the time adds to your elevated BP but still, getting that under control is of major importance. I probably shouldn't talk but your health should be your first and foremost concern.

My BP has been pretty constant for as long as I can remember. It runs abut 115 / 65 most times. I think the highest it ever was was when I was pregnant with daughter number 3 and it was like 130 / 80. I was also enormously fat, well over 450lbs :twitch: . That was almost 20 years and 300lbs plus ago. Sometimes I can't even calculate in my head how much weight I have lost, gained and re-lost over my lifetime. It frightens me sometimes as it should... :panic:

115/65, do you have colored water for blood ? :o
I would pass out if mine was that low.
Most my life my BP was in the 140/80 region till I got hurt, and my neck went berserk on me.
I keep telling doctors my neck is the major issue, but they know it all of course, and just push pills on me.
At 145/80, or a bit lower I was good, and at 142,80 I was perfect feeling whee it came to blood pressure.

 No I have real blood. When I was playing ball in HS and college it was sometimes lower...My pulse is usually around 55 to 60...

I have a low pulse like that myself, my bp has always been a bit high. Back when I was a kid it was normal blood pressure, which I say was normal, they just changed the numbers.
The shame is they change those numbers every decade it seems, and then throw everyone in that new arbitrary number.

My blood pressure has always been high also, but it's a genetic thing as my Mother had the same issue. Mine sits around 140-160, as did my Mothers. Nobody in my family was/is fat, so it's not because of that. My Mother did take blood pressure meds for a bit, but they tended to make her light headed to the point of almost fainting, so she eased up on those meds. There is no known history of heart attacks in my family at all.

Luckily Canada has a higher threshold for what is considered high blood pressure, as I would have an issue maintaining my commercial drivers license in the USA. Here, 170 is the threshold for which I would run into problems with commercial drivers license medical exam. In the US, the problems will start at something like 140 for commercial drivers.

I can drive truck in the US, and have in the past, since our rules are 'reciprocal', but if I lived in the US I'd probably have to take some blood pressure meds to pass the physical, whereas here I don't.

I hate taking meds, any meds, but Ill have to try again since mine is so high,
What makes me mad is they wont look at whats causing it, and thats my neck, and the pain I'm always in.
Hell this morning I got up out of bed to just be in the floor again, damn hip gave out, it's bad enough my knee is out but now the whole leg is. \
Try going u stairs like that, or worse sitting on the pot.

!40 here is high now, back in the 80s that was considered normal, I'm not sure if they would let you drive a truck Mel strict as it's got.
Mine is party genetics also, both sides of the family have it, and a few other bad things.
At least my kids wont have it, i don't have any.

I'm just trying to calm down, right now. If you want to know what can cause high blood pressure, try doing Trudumb's 2021 census.
A more racist, redundant, invasive, highly detailed, poorly structured, and pointless document, I can't imagine. Most of the information they are demanding, the government already has anyhow. It's almost like the socialist state wants you to build their dossier file for them. They had the guy responsible for this fiasco on the news the other day, and he was the epitome of a beaurocratic dumbass. He said that 25% of the population would be getting the long version. Why the hell am I one of the 'lucky' ones. They wanted to know what gender my kids were and if they transitioned, and what pronouns they go by now. They wanted to know what our ancestry was, and then went on to ask if anyone in my family was aboriginal, including my wife who I stated quite clearly was from the Phillipines. I was doing this stupid thing for almost an hour, and I'm only 50% done.

I throw mine in the garbage....I consider it junk mail.

I had a door to door clown working for the census come to the house once to hand out forms and ask stupid questions...I told the bitch to get a real job and to stop sucking on my tax dollar. I said "surely you are qualified to do something constructive with your time,...like sell shoes or collect shopping carts".....She didn't know what to say and just sort of scurried off.

I think it helped that I had just gotten home and still had my M66 on my hip. I hadn't even had time to take it off and secure it when the God damn door bell rang and here is Sally Census taker with her painted on smile at my fucken door. Between the dogs wanting to eat her, the .357 and my bad attitude, I'm surprised the poor woman didn't shit twice and die on my door step...

I do the census only because of representation, I do not like, or fill in the irrelevant stuff in it.
Years back we had a census worker stop by, I was polite, but didn't give them what they wanted except what I put on the paper.
Most the stuff is not census related towards representation, race should not even be on there, "minorities" shouldn't be treated any different than any other American unless Illegal, and then they should be arrested.
Blacks should not be treated different unless not American.

"Race" is what the damn thing is anymore, it's suppose to be about Americans, and a representative government.

Well got me a rental today because someone hit my car, it's a Dodge van :yuk:
I think someone in a car next to me farted, and almost tipped the tin can over.

Hows your day today, I hope better than mine has gone.
A bit hot, and stuffy here today, I hope it's not that bad there. :)

Damn! When my car got hit (wasn't my fault), I managed to get a brand new Mustang GT 5.0 convertible as a rental! Only caveat was that I had to pay the difference between a 'standard' rental and a 'premium' rental, since my insurer only pays 'standard' rental rates...

I got into a fender bender this past Friday night while coming home from work...Dumb Gen Z bitch in a Mini made an illegal left hand turn and crossed into my oncoming lane in front of me. I swerved to avoid her and just clipped her right rear corner panel. So the truck is in the body shop and I'm in a rent...It's a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Full leather with an Alpine stereo....It's not bad seems stable and planted.. The only criticism I have is that damn engine cylinder shut-off fuel saving nonsense. It makes for an uneven sort of jerky driving experience.

They where going to stick me in a compact, but it wasn't there, and I can't get in one.
They had two vans, a Chrysler, or a dodge  same damn thing.
I'm scared to drive the thing, it don't hold the road, and it sounds like I'm in a can.

Those used to be a good drive, i wonder why they installed that in them.
Save fuel maybe, but they had to know what it was doing.

I really don't need a rental, but had to get home, and just in case of an emergency.
I don't go anywhere anyhow except a weekly appointment at the bone cracker.

I don't envy you having to drive a mini van..Being seen in one alone is embarrassing enough.... My sister has one, (Honda Odyssey) and she loves it...But then again, she has shit taste in vehicles...

I drive an 08 Rav 4, and it's just a glorified soccer mom van, but it's solid, and reliable.
The Chrysler with all it's pretty, and neat goodies in it still sucks, and it's a Chrysler product :yuk: you have to go back to the old Mopar days to get a good car from them.
The K car was pretty good yes, but look at the ugly things.

Anyway I need something I can just about walk into like a truck, or SUV, it's not that I'm that big, it's I'm just that much in pain all the time.
I wanted another Mustang when I got my Rav 4, but they sit low, and it is hard on me to get into one.
Still want one though, I miss my Mustangs.

Well happy Saturday peoples :)

You think you are going to enjoy your evening, and bam, the neighbor meth head hits your fence ripping up a section, and she drives off like nothing happened. :hiby:
Well she got back, and went in just like nothing happened, and I'm sitting there waiting.
I tell my mother I'm calling the police, I'm not dealing with the irrational a-holes.
She said no Ill talk to them  yeah, irrational a-holes.
Well of course it's my fault my fence is in the way, and shouldn't be there, hell I shouldn't be living here either.
As my mother was talking to her, and I'm listening I call the police anyhow, my mom was getting excuses, and me the blame still like I did it.
The police came, asked for her insurance which I never got, but they got her for the meth, and crack pipe in the truck.
Here she is in front of my house being read her rights, and being searched blaming me of course, Thanks Willie she said for getting her arrested for her meth, and crack pipe.

Yeah, all my fault, my fence, my meth addiction, and my not telling me about my fence, all my fault, shame on me for leaving everyone alone, and minding my own business, and taking care of my property.
All I have to say is F.U.liberals, shes one of your sickening leaching babies.

Blue, you've got to move away from there. There are still some good, old fashioned places left. I live in one now, even though it's a bit rural.

This entire neighbourhood would shun any cracked out meth head that causes problems like that for others. They do nothing but lower property values and invite crime. People here still leave their doors unlocked, and want it to stay this way!

It's sad to see our once great nations deteriorate at this rapid pace, but I've realized there are still places left that are good, at least for now!
