Years ago, I worked in the RV industry. A frequent occurance was to have the slide valves for the black water (poop) tanks break or sieze up. One time, the shop foreman was working underneath and his crotch happened to bump one of these 'problem' valves. He ended up with a lap full of black water.

I have came close myself in basements while unclogging drains.
Sometimes even if you have a bucket ready it comes out all over the place.
That guy in the picture was playing an idiot going straight on with it, if all else stand to the side, and be really ready.

As for the RV thing, I have seen those go off while people drove them.
I think some are intentional left loose, or something.

It has a lot to do with upbringing, and having the will to learn, or drive.
Look at Asians, they are pushed by family, and community, blacks are not on the most part.
Whites used to be pushed more, and had drive, but not so much now so they are failing to stay there.
I believe there is genetic reasons also, but it's more family, drive, and part opportunity also.
