Hiya RF, good evening I hope.
Getting a little better here after a rough day, my head is clearing some now that it's time for bed almost.
Maybe tomorrow I can do what I wanted to do today.

I had my car battery tested yesterday ... it's toast. I installed a new one myself which is amazing for me since nothing blew up.

I think either mine is going bad, or the alternator. If the battery it's alright because it's getting quite old now, I think I bought it in like 2003.
The alternator I had put in just a few years ago, should not be bad, but you never know.

Hi all. It's been another loonng while since I've been here. Too long I guess. I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year. I found myself working on both these days but not long shifts. I took a rare day off today and brought my daughter to UBC to help out as a volunteer for the Canadian national figure skating championships. She got to rub shoulders with Canada's best (which, considering their accomplishments, are some of the world's best). went and stopped by my old workplace to say hi to some people who I haven't seen in about 2 1/2 years now. Not too much had changed, and a lot of folks had quit. Oldest son is continuing his police training, and second oldest graduates this year. He is thinking of becoming a teacher. We will be going to the Phillipines this spring for my mother -in-laws 90th birthday. I will be gone only for 2 weeks along with my sons, but my wife and daughter will be staying there for a month. Hope everyone here is doing fine.

Always sounds busy there, that's good thought sometimes. Here not so busy like I would like, but oh well, what can you do you know.
So the trip is getting closer, I bet the family is excited. i wish I had the money to send my brothers girlfriend there to see her people.

I'm waiting for it to get better, just got back from the emergency room, I made it so that's good.
I hope all has been good there, great to see you RG, you know I think a lot of you if you didn't know.
Yeah going to get better, just got to figure things out first.
So, is it freezing there like here , been pretty nippy here with the ice, and snow. Been sunny though so that's nice.

Any plans for this year ?
Here I am looking into counter tops for my mom, and maybe finally get the walls insulated after my finances settle down from tax season, and the last holiday.
I have rooms needing some paint also, and some crown molding for the living room. i want the molding with the lights over it so Ill need to do some electrical first for it.

Oh, I'm a bit better than the last few days, my head has eased off some, and my BP went down also. That's why I gotta get some stuff down, can't do much laying down, and a head a pounding.

Why were you in the hospital?

I'm having problems with a tooth ... doc thinks I need a root canal. I can't get in for 2 weeks so I'm hoping the pain subsides.

Hey hi Ryanissimo good evening to you.
My head just hurt way to much, and the back of it is swelled out where I can't even lay my head down.
It's still swelled, and the bones in my neck is hurting a lot, but I'm dealing at the moment.
I couldn't do what I wanted today, I tried, but had to quit before I got a migraine again.

I hope the tooth can be saved, that sounds bad having a root canal.

Found a hot price for our Vegas trip later this Spring; $540 is much better than $800, so I booked it!! Now debating between seeing the Michael Jackson Cirque du Soleil show, or to splurge on Cher tickets. Leaning towards the Cirque du Soleil show.

I think you should move to Vegas, wish I could just to get away from this place. I hope you enjoy, and the weather is nice.
Cirgue has to be a good show, love most of what I have seen online.

Superchecker loves Vegas. Gambling and live shows are not my thing. I do love a good buffet.

I don't gamble myself, but would a little if there just for fun. I like some shows, a good play, a ballet, some music, a gun show
I'm not much into buffets, just way to many dirty people out there hovering around the food, and using the same stuff to get it with.

It's pretty gross when the ton handles touch the food. The casino here in Richmond have a nice buffet. Only $30 per person. I think there's a chocolate fountain. That can be gross too. Kids can put there fingers in it.

I think it should be like lunch at school, stand in line to be served, you want more go back.
Usually Ill order my meal, and give the menu back, go wash my hands, and then eat.
The menu is filthy usually, the salt, and pepper shakers nasty, and anything else on the tables.

I never put my arms on the table. I don't know why people do that.

Elbows I don't lol, bad manners as i have been taught. Not sure why, but always been told that.
