Pain, and my BP jumped to the 200 range, still feeling ill tonight, but I guess Ill manage.
My BP is down, but it makes me feel bad also, the 140s is what I like to be, it's around 135 right now.

My BP will spike too... Was at walk-in clinic for something, and Doc took my BP. He told me to get my ass to Emergency ward on the double, it was so high...

Get to Emergency, and BP was right back down to where it should be.

My Mother had this too... They gave her blood thinners based on a spiked BP reading, which caused her to almost faint when BP went back to normal. They eventually had to adjust meds big time.

That's why I begged my Ex to not cause me grief or stress, since it's not good for my health. Of course, being a Western female, they don't care about the mans health, and she continued to cause me stress on almost a daily basis...

MY BP gets up to the 180s quite often, and up to 215 sometimes. I have been on almost every med out there, but nothing works for me.
It will bring my BP down, but the side effects of them that do work makes life not worth living.
The meds build up all at once on me, and are so slow everything builds up to affect everything else.
I had one that was working well, but took my pulse down to 32 one night, and had the doctors thinking I had Diabetics which was one of the side effects. .

I had Atenalol, it's similar, but less side effects. i was on the Propranolol for a time before the Atenolol.

Stuff affected a lot of stuff, including hair loss, and drying me out like a mummy which in turn made my migraines worse.

To make it straight I don't dislike most Dems, just the new ones that's pushing rotten old socialist/communist Ideas.
I can tolerate the old ones that lost their party thanks to Bill, and Hillary selling them out. .

Sorry not been on much, been a rough few weeks, and especially the last two days.
My shoulder, and neck is so unstable, and causing issues with everything from migraines to heart it's hard to concentrate, and post.

Oh wow. There we go. I don't come here often so when I do I notice when a regular poster does not post regularly. I was starting to worry.
Anyhow, we should get together after a hard day of work. I recommend Mott 32 (located at Trump tower) where we can enjoy mushrooms with vegetable spring rolls and discuss the second coming of Jesus Christ the king and His everlasting monarchy.

Hi gang, happy Spring/May, just starting my vacation. It's been a crazy few months. Brother dealing with brain cancer. Sister out of work, trying to get disability. Her common law husband is being evicted too. Then, my wife and I discovered a family friend deceased.

We need to get away...

Summer tempertures here already... Downright warm here, pushing 80F!!

hi Super, sorry to here about the family stuff, i hope the cancer is put in check, and the sister is alright.

It was warm here for a bit, pretty stuffy, but cool the last few days. maybe it will get there for a bit.
I dread the heat, can't breath in it anymore.

I've been to Vegas before too, and suggest going in late fall or early spring. It's already supposed to hit 93 in Vegas this Tuesday, and it'll only get hotter! A true desert...

They do, but usualy with baggage from jerks in the past that took advantage, or they live a continent away.

Ya, that seems to be the inherent problem... I don't deal well with too much baggage though, that's for sure. Life can be stressful enough for me at times, and I don't want to introduce any more into it!

It is nice to have someone around though... As example, when my Ex was still around, we did do quite a bit together. It was much easier for me to find motivation to do things when she was around. We'd see sights, visit new restaurants, travel, etc, etc...

When I'm alone, I just don't have the motivation to do these things. I'm not sure if that's just me. When I'm alone, I still get everything done that needs doing, but I almost feel like I'm moping around. Almost like my life is in limbo with no real concrete purpose.

Of course, doing this works against me, as it limits my exposure and the chance to possibly meet somebody new. Then again, I'm in no real rush to meet anyone to be honest, and 'moping around' does save me money! I treated the Ex quite well from a financial perspective...
