Hey hi, sorry for being late to answer.
I have the flu, and not really here so that's me the last few days.
Tomorrow maybe a bit better so I can think, and do a little something.

Cold, snow on the ground here, and all that mess, but not bad thankfully.
Warmer next week I hope to clean the yard off, and pressure wash some stuff if I can.

This cold hit me fast so I think it will be gone fast so maybe tomorrow

No, I don't take it, and wont since everyone I know who does gets the flu, and in return gives me the flu.
In my book it's a big scam on all of us.

there are groups close to where I am that feel the same way, considering all the substances that I have been subjected to all these years. I might go get one this year or not.

Lets put it this way, I don't get around people much, and the ones I have been around have had the shot, and got sick.
I usually don't catch it, but been down a lot lately with no sleep so they gave it to me.
Flu shot gave them the flu, they gave me the flu.

The doctors say it's a dead virus in the shot, so why do people get the flu from it ?

I was actually reading ingredients on a product today and one of the ingredients is toxic in high doses. They also used it to make glass red in colour.

if I get the shot this year I will update you on my condition.

Some of the additives they put in them is for preserving the shot, you can ask the doctor to order one without that stuff if you want.
It takes out some of the toxic stuff if you must get a shot.

Personally I don't trust the stuff, and think it's better to build up your own immunity if you can.
Some people are prone so maybe they need it, but I still don't trust what they put in those shots.

I ended up taking the wrong meds last night, and they kept me up me thinks I need to go back to bed.

I understand the pros and cons of the flu shot.

But after being diagnosed four years ago with T2 diabetes, I was advised to now get it every year.
So far, I have been free of the flu, for the last four years.

I never took it before, and suffered through the flu season every year.

Here you can order your flu shot at some doctors RG, it will have a lot less of the toxins in it.
It might be better on you if you can get the fresh ones without the preservatives, and such.
