Our tenant keeps boring money from me. It was $20 two months ago. Then $18 last month. Now today $35. Every time he says he'll pay me back. He never does. He's always broke. He gets his government cheque this Wednesday

I think I know you a little RF, you have a hard time not loaning it to people, or giving of yourself.
I was in the same shape, and had to get up the nerve to say I don't have it, or straight out no.
The person sees you as a mark now, you are an easy hit up for the money.
My neighbors see my mom the same way, and tried it on me also, of course they don't like me now, and talk bad about me, but oh well.
