I don’t recall any scripture stating that Jesus said “no more prophets”. As the book The book The Holographic Universe points out that with improving medical procedures there are an ever increasing number of patients being brought back from deaths and they sometimes have experiences that they remember. I am leaning towards the boy is telling of his experience.
