True Quote, but good is trying to be good, and doing bad things are against their nature.
Sometimes doing a bad thing so to make things right is something we need though.
Also someone has to do bad sometimes so others don't have to do so.

We all have our faults, and say bad things sometimes, some with good reason, some not so much.
Some reasons are from what time you live in as some of those people, right or wrong.

For a time I went to school in a black school because of bussing, I started hating a lot of blacks, but thankfully I saw good in many as well.
I can see Gandhi's hate of them, and some others, but they should have looked deeper into the individual instead of the whole, or part of the whole.
