Yes genetics plays a big part but you can take steps to help mitigate that. I'm living proof that it can be done and I know it's extremely hard and it takes the kind of discipline most people don't have It's a daily battle but it still beats spending your life as a 600lb blob who can barely move.

Argggg ! Celebrating hitting 700 lbs, that is really sick of people unless they are loosing weight.
