I wonder what birch water tastes like. It might be quite healthy. I’d like to buy one of those nails that are used to extract it.

It's a lot lighter than maple syrup, and less tasty in my opinion.
The liquid isn't that good I don't think, but you can taste some sweetness in it.
A little marsh tasting before it's condensed down to good syrup. .

It's not bad if you get a good brand, it's much lighter than maple syrup, and less of that floral taste.
