The guys who take steroids don’t usually make it to my age and the guys who worked out naturally all their lives still feel fit at my age.

arnold still alive hes lucky thou as most all his bodybuilder friends are dead of his age

but yes you are sort of correct

being life is NOT the 100 meter sprints its a marathon

like steroids at younger age he will look far superior to mr oak

but then when he gets older to mr oaks age slo but sure mr oak is now ahead of him

ronnie coleman to which i met about 7 years ago oh my almost every organ he had

has failed and operated on

and cant walk now

like for sure all the steroids he took allowed him to push his body more than possilbe naturally

thus why he burned it out eartly and not even 50 years old

had he never take steroids now he would be still be fit as you say

so what do you want? do you want be great in young years but drop fast in older years

to the other natural guy that good but not great when young and still good fit when older

I have noticed that people on steroids are weaker than people who built up naturally, they are even prone to injuries, and breaks more.
The boy who went to school with me was built great, but he couldn't outdo me in anything but the looks of his body.
I sit with his girlfriend constantly as he stared at me in class, he couldn't do a thing.
I wasn't interested in dating her, I liked her sister. :teehe:

Iron Mike Tyson was at a zoo once and asked one of the workers there if he could let him in the gorilla enclosure so he could fight the gorilla. Well the zookeeper refused. I don’t think that Mike Tyson’s ear biting would compare to the gorillas bite. I know from wrestling that the power of the gorilla would be felt. It would be incredible.

If a full grown gorilla, or young male even, Tyson would have been killed, or maimed badly.
Tyson never was a bright one, hence his tragic life after his trainer died.
Cus D'amato did so much for him including taking care of much of Mikes life for him.

I just watched a video yesterday that says that a male silverback has the upper body strength to do a 4,800 pound bench press. Combined with its speed I think Mike Tyson would have been wiped out. I doubt that his best punches could only make the gorilla angrier.

They have a 1300 pound bite, a lion 650, mike maybe, men average out at 150.
I would think mike could press maybe 400 when younger, and good shape, I don't know though, 360 was done by him I saw once before.
Me thinks the gorilla might have thought he was a girl ape, and bent him over :teehe:

I know from wrestling in high school that you can feel an opponent’s power. If iron Mike Tyson was to have his match the speed and power would have been such a shock.

Theres another hidden bad side to steroids the way it fuk you up your mental health if you take when you are young in your twenties. I would agree with that.

Actaully this Jo Linder steroid abuser that died at age 29 was it in Thailand he even before you could see had many mental health issues. When you are on gear at a young age will fuk you up more than you can believe.

Like forget about all the physical damage its does to you if abused. Why no one talk about the mental damage it can do. Like if you get big and become

all your friends hero then you can never get off. I do believe if someone must take steroids do so at older age you can handle more.

Same is true with even smoking cigarettes and alcohol.

If you dont start till you are adult chances are you will never get so addicted.

This video thou i dont know how to beleive canadas number one greg doucette fitness youtuber or his black friend jonni both from Nova Scotia

starts at 3:00 in the part i definelty agree with the mental part of steroids what damage it might do to you.

The aggression, and mental instability alone should keep people away from that stuff.
You can tell by that cromag brow Greg is full of the stuff, and he is where he should be helped by someone.

can we please have a moment of silence for LOST gains

oh wow dave bautista was 315 lbs at one time. WTF happened. now lost over 100 lbs

hees 55 years old but look like a 70 year old grandpa no way any more WWE for him

heres the deal steriods and growth hormone and testosterone can be used safely and be of help if USED not ABUSED. its just not

possible i dont fuking care who the fuk you are with even the worlds best gentetics get to over 300 lbs and all muscle and do it all natural

so to be famous they up the doses. everyone only wants to finish in first place not second

thing is with all this stuff and has been proven the dose you take is == the side effect you get or mild

id guess above statement true for all stuff ie cigarettes ie alcohol not that you a drink of beer in the past 1 time but yes

if you did that every day for 40 years yes later on it will be seen the aculmlative damage

ronnie coleman 7 time mr olympia champion the same as arnold i believe but he walks like a monkey now like barely can walk. no way could even job if asked

and had near every organ fail

it does appear that these people that ABUSE make that clear dont be so stupid to think oh one time he took whatever and that in

anyway the same what will happen to you after the stuff when younger in there later years looks way worse than if they had never

taken anything

all that stuff in normally subscribed doses could actaully make you live longer but abusing them and being a mass monster

you will pay the price

perhaps bautista told by some doctor or saw all his freinds die very early time to get off it all or dead soon. the rock

is another one that will be dead dam soon. 275 lbs all muscle and very old to be taking the doses he is taking. the rock seems to

have no plans to downsize

fun fact i know the body guard of dave bautista when he was big. a american x army man boxer met on a stunt movie in india. he did tell me

LOL, making fun of his Gucci, the jacket is a bit small, and the bling looks like a kids play thing.

He really did shrink down, and looks old.
I'm 57 now, and have a lot of health issues, but still look 20 years younger than he does.
He looks like he has some health issues likely from the roids.

he looks like a old grandma. many are thinking he came out of the closet. here we go again another trans trend faggot

and you say you have alot of health issues. just what? 57 not so old

our mr oak is even older and i not think he have any health issues at all. and he did in the past even smoke in the past but told he quit

i do think in this day and age and did discuss with mr oak that like now 50 is the new 40 60 the new 50 etc

IF one takes proper care of oneself. does not at all mean you have to some crazy health nut but rather just avoid

death wish on your body. ie its ok to have abit of alcohlic beverages with friends at holidays

its another thing to run yourself full blown alooholic every day non stop

so if someone tells me have health issues and under 70 i thinking its there lifestyle that caused it

does seem many do get cancer in there 40ties that one is kind of bad luck not that much from lifestyle

unless heavy cigarette smoking

even alocholic will not cause cancer

oh and a job that is not great stress if you had i could see that making one look real old

fun fact i did see on youtube that apparently back in the day peole looked ALOT OLDER than the people of today

as had a much moreso stressful job ie manual labour

lets see if i can find it on youtube. there are a few i do believe yes IF ONE USED THERE BRAIN that 40 the new 30 50 the new 40 etc

not what i saw before but sort of under the same lines

People today don't get sun like they did, and people had more responsibilities.
Look at the woman in the depression, she had stress, and didn't know where food was going to come from tomorrow.

As a kid I looked older than most my age till I got 21, and then all my peers started aging much faster than me.
They drank a lot, and did drugs, and also got married.

well from reading your post yes STRESS too much of it and never ending ages you dam fast. would problably also having you grabing for unhealthy things to combat that stress ie getting drunk to forget about all the shitstorms. i dont really see ageing as do all this healhty things to stop it. rather just AVOID all the dangers ie getting constantly drunk. obesity. cigarretes. druggs

acatully alot of the so called healthy things have been proven to be a cause you a fast trip to death. one if vitamin and mineral pills. as they acatully speed up things like cancer in your body

and many things of so called healthy diet have not been proven help at all

and yet another crazy roid ape wanted too much attention dies a early death

the MASS MONSTER type of bodybuidler like hell any make it past 50 or 60 like that and just really

playing with fire to get that big

fun fact even if you are 300 lbs all muscle and somehow hypothetically you put it all on naturally to steroids

is maybe even WORSE than a being 300 lbs bag of fat shit

as both are dead mass so everything needs to work more to even move

but all that muscle to maintain rather than lard that just sits there requires alot more effort on the body

to maintain it all

i checked his age was 36 when he died hip hip horrah idiot like that quite a price to pay for ones hobby

Obesity has went from 5% in 1960 to 54% today by the way.
Fat people fill in the wrinkles also :teehe:

I have been lucky with the looks from aging, my family has a young look to them.
We seem to go down hill fast though when we are near death, the ultimate stress for most people.

I can see why he had a heart attack, and having covid also didn't help him an, it took a lot of people from the breathing issues, and whatever else it did.
I watched as a whole family died of covid related issues, mostly from breathing issues after they where supposedly well, heartbreaking.

All that extra eating isn't natural either for people, that has to stress a system over time from over working it.
Having all that muscle also around a heart that doesn't gain has to put stress on it also.
