is interesting this throat singing found in a few countries not just mongolia but many other countries in central asia and in the inuit nunavat in particular. the inuit version is different than the asian one. thats what happens you in total isolation and extreme geographhy. throat singing there was just some form of entertainment but served a real purpose ie. communicate ideas to one another and help to get a baby to sleep.

i aslo noticed both of them have quite large expanded posterior upper backs that looks to be they have quite expanded there ribs there some fighters have that one in particular dagestan - khabib nurmagomedov. there is the mostly left side located posterior mediastinum. a large area that has the ability to greatly add to volume of breatlhing. and if one gets this area optimal all quite doubtful have any lo back pain if one was optimal here as this in turn relaxes many muscles of the back. they are singing but exhalation and inhalation. both have to the same amount of air or could pass out. for dam sure and you can see it obviously they have greatly improved the area size of the posterior mediastinum. as people take 20 000 breath a day and the left and right diagrapham work togheter with many key muscles of the low back ie psoas illacus quadratus lumborum. as they are optimal already id be quite surprised if they ever came down with any low back pain. like about the last people on the planet.

i added a foto of khabib so you can see what i am talking about extreme. the 2 inuit ladies not this much but i can believe yes have very much optimized there left side mostly located posterior mediastinum. it be so necessary to sing like this for such a long time.

this one from chukotka, russia thats if you not know geography north east of siberia. its been thou quite commercialized more so entertainment that the true purpose of throat singing. but entertaining yes
