You would have to go to the wilderness to hear them.. They sing.

Odlinson, I used to live in Northern Alberta and we'd often have light shows from the Aurora Borealis. You're right ... it does sing! Sometimes a hum, sometimes a popping sound and sometimes nothing. Made for some great memories!

I wonder if there is more radiation that gets through in those areas, or places like here the poles are stronger I believe.

I remember reading somewhere that within the next few years, the Northern Lights won't be visible at all from North America because it's moving over the North Pole to the other side of the world. I feel fortunate to have experienced it for a few years.
