I wish, I keep asking for two French maids, I got cleaning needs done.
Especially now after they all left the house a mess.

It was a good party, a little sad at times, but still good.
After all I have a lot of cake sitting up there so I can send my blood sugar through the roof.

Yeah I need something, it did help some just having someone here for a few hours.
It's hard to try to act normal though, seen my sister go off on her own a bit, and cry it out.
Several did that off, and on.

Sadness and crying is all part of the grieving process, Expect it to be part of your life for a while...It's healthy as long as you don't let it overwhelm you.

It has overwhelmed me, and I'm making a doctors appointment about it.
I'm trying to be strong yet let it out when it does, but two different days it's got bad, I get maybe two hours of broken sleep, my heart hurts, and my back is really knotted up from it all.
I'm weak when it comes to this stuff.
My sister when through the same thing when her son died, it's broken heart syndrome.
I'm not sure if I have it, but she says I do so I'm getting checked out.

The birthday was a good distraction for a bit, and I do have cake.

Is the dog chewing at it? That might explain the rawness and inflamed look...I strongly suggest taking the dog to your veterinarian and get it checked out.

Oh no, poor pup, yes get her to the vet for that, don't let it go she could loose her tail if it gets worse.
If it's not a bite it could be cancer if it's been there a while.

That looks like a tumour. Cancerous. Best get it to the vet.

They can be bit, or bite themselves also, and it will swell like that pretty fast.
Dogs will gnaw at it making it like that.

Well I hope everyone is alright here, and I hope that RF's dog is alright, or at least on the minds.
Here it's been a long day, and people are so annoying sometimes.
I was just asked for stuff my mom had, not the first time either today.
Several people have asked, it's very unsettling, and annoying.
I know I should have expected it, but that doesn't matter.
A few had given her stuff also, but of course they want it back, well I'm not given it to them unless direct family.
Whats left will be donated, or tossed, I hate human vultures, they even ask for what they know was left to my little niece.

Unfortunately death can bring out the worst in some people. And yes, out of principle I'd rather pay to have some things hauled to the dump rather than letting the vultures get their hands on it!

I had to straight out say no to someone yesterday in an angry manor, and asked them why they put me on the spot.
Another emailed me this morning, and said it's all good.
Really it's not all good, they asked when they knew better.
Well it just hardened me up some, or made me more angry, I wont be so nice about it anymore so they might not bring it up.

You know the nerve of people, low as you can get.
The ones who are not even family even, worst of all.
I'm just trying to do right, and they want to take advantage of not just me, but my dead mother.

For now on Ill say no to everyone, and give to who needs it, and family who does come first.

Well today started with phone calls, people double dipping on my moms last bills.
Then off to Down town so I could file Probate papers with the court. $ 250.00 filing fee, and $ 45.00 run the paper across the street fee.
Now wait till October 14th for court on an already notarized Will, and likely court cost.
Sick money grabbers.
So now I am going to kick back, and try not to think, and I hope nobody jerks my chain the rest of the day.

So hows life for you, much better I hope, and not in a heatwave like here.
Some nice peaceful snow right now would be nice even if everyone would panic with it still being august

Well happy day I hope, feeling a bit burned out here.
So tired, and whats with this abusive weather, and bad air.

Finally the heatwave here is gone, and we're back to white people weather! Even had a bit of rain in my region, which helped with the forest fire close to me. Can see the sky again!

We had a little rain yesterday just to make it balmy hot, and it baked the flowers.

Don't feel too bad about that. Between the bears, deer, elk, and wild turkey's here, I now realize I'll never have a beautifully lush yard. Combined, they'll eat almost everything that I don't want them to eat...

They don't eat mine though, just the bugs.
The water here stands on them after the rain, and it cooks them like cooked greens in a pot.
It was about 100 today here, and the humidity like a jungle.

Do you have A/C? I had to bust out my portable A/C this summer to handle the heatwave, and surprisingly it managed to handle more sq/ft than it's rated for. I just let the sucker run 24/7. It was a lifesaver.

I may as well put it away now though, since true summer in BC will soon be over!
