Russia and USA have made a pact that says that NATO is not allowed to expand eastwards... And yet the NATO is trying to do just that.

Comes to mind the crimean situation... What would USA do if a foreign power were to seize a naval port as crucial as Sevastopol?

Those Russians in Georgia where supported by Russian soldiers playing like they belonged there, attacking civilians, and infrastructure.

It was all because USA started making ties with the georgians.. USA tried to get a port in the black sea.

I don't see anyone attacking a state like that as right, even in a civil war. only if they are aggressive towards you, killing civilian populations, or taking your stuff.

Civilians always die in war... More civilians die than soldiers.

Americans are just experts in covering up the grim part.

Are you sure of that, or is it we have been in wars lately where people are used as shields, and bodies are planted to make bad media.
just about every country in the middle east does that, they don't care about their people, especially non Muslims.
ISIS is using civilians right now as shields, Palestinians do it also, Saddam did it, Alquida did it.
Guided missiles help with the casualties, but still some will get killed if close, but it's not a toll that it would be if not for them being used.
