My New Year's Resolution

... is not to pee my pants.

Monday, December 23, 2013 I had a Tim Hortons extra large hot chocolate and two extra large teas, then was waiting for the bus, but the bus was running VERY late, and I couldn't hold it in anymore, so I peed my pants at the bus stop.

Believe it or not, it was not embarrassing at all, in fact it was very liberating. However, the pee got into my shoes, and I can't put shoes in the washing machine, and I don't have very many pairs of shoes. So, it's best if I don't make a habit of it.

To much tea
I read you can seal your shoes in a baggy, and freeze them to get rid of some smells.
Not sure about pee unless washed first.

Perhaps consider an adult diaper next time.

I'm also considering an adult pacifier to keep me from babbling.

Tell me about it...it did go by really fast...The holidays are already upon us... :kez:

I didn't lose what I wanted to lose but at least I didn't gain any.

I gained back what I lost because my mom said I was getting way to skinny, and people giving me candy.
They say you don't have to eat it while it's sitting in my face
Good thing is I still look pretty good, and not over what I was to begin with.

Your mom sounds like "feeder"....

My ex used to do that to me. He would bring food home that he knew I couldn't resist just to keep me fat....I think that's why he kept me pregnant too. It was just another one of his ways of keeping me under his thumb so he could go and do as he pleased knowing I would still be there when he came home.

Now when he sees me, he is almost horrified at the weight I've lost :teehe: .... Besides my own personal satisfaction, I think unraveling the damage he did to me is about the best part of the whole weight loss effort. :woot:

My mom eats a lot of carbs which makes her hungry several times a day, I eat protein mostly so I rarely am hungry.
In height to weight ratio I'm the smallest kid she has, and i don't want to get like the rest of my siblings.
190 would make me happy, I'm 220, but lean, and fit looking, still I want that 30 lbs gone since it does cause health issues for me.

As for the snacks, candy, and other junk pushed on me, i would still eat the stuff, but not as much.

He probably likes your fat butt.. In tight skirt or jeans.

And seeing you knocked up with my baby would give me great joy... Perhaps he felt the same.

Serves you right.
