i saw that one too before. quite funny

arnold the famous bodybuilder of all time

actaully as the standards are much hihger now than 40 years ago when he competed he would finish in last place

and at the olympia and the volume of drug cocktails all are on is much greater than arnold took

also kind of FAT by todays standards of the shreeded bodybuilder

why you ask only arnold every went on so far after bodybuidling?

i guess we should add the rock while not a bodybuilder but sort of the same thing

well actully both of them made it to the big time cause of CHARISMA. go find me one person out in the western world

that not like arnold?

With all the steroids that they have now I don’t think that they live to Arnold’s age. I’ve seen photos of Hulk Hogan and The Rock off of his steroids and they’re very thin.

franco columbo

serge nubert

sergio oliva

bill pearl

reg park

ken walker

but nowadays youd be dam lucky to be a mr O competior and live past 50

ronnie coleman i actaully met in thailnad about 5 years ago

and has had almost ever organ fail or operated on

and walks like a monkey or on crutches

and is only in his 50 ties

arnold competed in the age before the MASS MONSTERS

there aint NOTHING at all healthy about being a MASS MONSTER

Ouch, I can feel part of that pain, I have a hernia myself, but mine looks like the alien baby trying to pop out sometimes.
It's really painful trying to massage it back in when your guts are coming out of them.
I had an eight pack once, but those damn cookies, and cake took care of that, I still have a little definition though.

I bet we can all say we need a little work on ourselves, and some of us a lot.

did you REALLY have a 8 pack?

i know very much about all fitness as i did train people before and still sometimes

its rare a 8 pack only 20% could ever have

i have seen studies this is what i have seen

IF one removed all the fat. as all comes down to genetics

2 pack = 2.5% - extremely bad luck

4 pack = 15% - bad luck

6 pack = 60% - average luck

8 pack = 20% - good luck

10 pack = 2.5% - extremely good luck

I did, and didn't have to work at it much, but worked hard at work every day, and when I got home did 500 pushups a night.
I had a very lean body, and still kind of do, but I don't have a 6, 4, 0r 2 anymore, just a hernia.
The pushups are part of my issue today since I over worked my front, and my Rhomboids are very weak.
If you instructed you likely know about how not working some muscles, and over working others can be bad.

Don't get me wrong, it only lasted a few years, and I was working 12 hours a day, or more in a factory.
Usually I always had baby fat I never could get rid of, and at work I was often overworked.
Hell my first year I got malnourished, and pretty deficient in nutrients.

In school I knew a boy with a ten pack stomach, his body looked odd being so long though, and he was on roids.
He had two heart attacks before he was 20.
He hated my guts, I used to sit with his girlfriend a lot, and her sister :teehe:
He was a nasty person all around, I don't see what she saw in him.
I liked the sister a lot.

Question :
Alright, maybe I'm wrong on this is why I'm asking, do you count the divide below the navel ?
If not I had a six.
Also there is two halves below the pecks, do you count them ?

I never was a gym person, but did go for a while before work for a time when I got pretty strong.
I never was real defined, but my legs where huge, and I could max out the weights on the machine which nobody else could in there.
One guy tried, and about hurt himself, he was the big bad gum guy in the shop, and he hated me because he couldn't beat me on the leg thing.
I don't get his hate, he could outdo me on about everything in that gym except maybe the bikes.

i have to see a foto to be sure but its not so pressing a issue

but you could have had a 8 pack as see its 20% of people have it

thing is acatully more importantly and this is true for the whole body

have layers of blubber or lack of over your muscles biggest factor for

anyone wanting to have a good body at the amateur level

all these fine points this is when we get to the mr olympia like who will win

which is lites years beyond when any amateur goals are what is considered looking good

heres another one where does your bicep insert into

lets see if i can find that one

and arnold didnt have the best biceps looking long head he had the short head

but arnold still won but wasnt perfect

and his calfs sucked as why all the photos of him in the water up to his knees not want to show how small his calfs were

Arnold smiled and perhaps bodybuilding is rigged to some degree much like so many other sports.

I was built about like this without the definition, but close.

Image

Also I have the long muscles which are so hard to get any definition unless you are a gym person.
I had the strength though, people was always wondering how I lifted so much, and worked all day like I did.
A lot of that was working since I was a kid, I did grown man stuff all my life building myself up.
I was really proud of my legs, I got most the strength from them lifting.

i knew a very long time ago strength and what your muscles look like a very different matter

can remember having the conversation with a few people when even starting out doing any weightlifting

i even won a few strongman contests

i am in the bigger body frame size L not XL that would be the true strongman bodytype but was even a child double strength of

other same age children and have had extremely hard life then i had such a hard life only trained to be even stronger to overcome

all the brutalness

i never had the idea to bodybuild that was just a side effect

bodybuilding actually its the smaller framed people have the best body for it as gives the illusion of all muscle

i actaully before was with ronnie coleman mr olympia 8 times this a few years ago now. thought oh wow i will look so small

compared to him

no i looked bigger can be clearly seen i was surprised hmm one of these small boned people but its all about the illusion

I had the strong legs, and did good using leverage is how I got most my stuff done.
My chest which is ripping me apart now is another thing that made me strong, people always thought twice about messing with me.
I'm not a good fighter, but almost won a tough man contest back in the late 80s, a little skinny guy won it.
Funny thing is I almost beat him, but he did put a hurting on me.

My failing was my rolled shoulders, I was built quite a lot like a gorilla most my life.
My strength in my arms was pretty good, but I never could build them up like I wanted.
Dead lifting I was great at, bench press I only could do 220 which was very disappointment to me.
The long muscle is just a pain to build up, and monkey arms.
It didn't help my arms have a 6,2 feet reach, and I,m 5,10 .
