I suspect that desertion might be dealt with severely there. This Saint Zelensky regime is tyrannical.

Mon the other hand nazi militias were attacking the ethnic Russian civilians in Donbass for eight years and the Ukrainian military and police did nothing to stop them. With the tyrannical saint Zelensky attempting to join NATO was crossing a line that Russia had already made clear was a call for war. If the Ukrainian military wouldn’t do anything it was time for the Russian military to do what’s right.

Putin doesn't care for ethnic Russians, he just uses them as an excuse.

Most the stuff they have are crap, never was great stuff.
The AK is a nasty piece of work, but you have to give it credit for lasting under crap conditions, and the oppressive fire is tops.
Accuracy, sharp shooting, it's not what the guns all about, it's just putting a massive amount of lead down on a target.
Why they use that round is beyond me, there is much much better.

I have an AK by the way, it's not my go to gun.

Looks like nothing has really changed since pre-1917.

The Russians had a front cut off in eastern Ukraine, but I'm sure they get it back soon after, they do have more men, and tanks they could send in, and conscripts.
