Good morning, we just had our first real dump of snow this winter.

We are suppose to get some, but so far just more rain, and getting colder.
I have an appointment tomorrow so we will likely get a blizzard as I go.

Today I have a little sorting of stuff to do, I'm trying to be rid of everything I don't need, and want.
I have a closet full of stuff not that needs gave away, it's amazing how much you can find in a house you lived in for 56+ years.
I even found an old Hotwheel in the air ducts, a jack, and seven playing cards.

The jack was from my sisters which played with them, and I always stepped on them .
They would stick in my foot, and really hurt when being pulled out.
I took a hammer to that old thing.

Evil things, I wish I could punch the inverter in the nose, and stick a box of them up his rear.

Not much going on here today, going to try to finish up on some sorting of stuff I have, and old business papers that needs put away.
It's a nasty rainy morning, but I feel up to doing so I will.

Alright, got some headway today, and backed some brownies also
I can see my desk for the first time in a year, it's amazing.
I still have to scan off a lot of old stuff now, but at least the business stuff is all finished.
It really feels good to accomplish something even if just catching up with business stuff.

SO, next, hummm, scan the papers later, but I need a break.

Oh, found out something today from my app yesterday.
My blood is really unstable, and in poor condition, it might explain a lot of my ongoing issues.
My blood cells are pretty much bursting, and I'm low in Iron which is not binding to the cells also.
My doctor is suppose to get back with me on it, but if anyone has an Idea let me know, it's appreciated.
I go on day to day not knowing if I will make it through it, nights are the worst.

Would walking help ? I hope that you are taking this seriously enough.

Oh I take it seriously Gary, it is my life that is failing me, or I failed it.
At times I wish i where dead of course, it gets that bad, and I think I'm dying.
I still try to help myself, and only because I have family, and a few friends that need me still.
I can't do much anymore, but try, try is all I can do.

My doctor on the other hand, well out of sight out of mind, I never got that call, or a message even.

Are you doing anything to get more iron to compensate for your lack of iron in your blood ? everyone seems to have pre diabetes high blood sugar now. Our Forum needs you too.

I'm taking a supplement, and I do eat a lot of iron rich food.
Right now looking for something that will help with that, and might ask about the iron shots they give.
I never was anemic till my heart surgery, and they almost bleed me out, I should be able to get back in a good range somehow.

I'm taking these. Only 18mg of iron.

Thats not much iron, I think mine is 84 mg of Iron, and I take 500 mg of C.
C helps it bind to the cells, and copper also, but I don't have copper.
Time released also is better for you, and meat based, plant based doesn't help much.
What you want is Heme, and not the Non Heme Iron.

It's quite frosty out today here, I can breath in it though which is good.

So today I'm washing quilts my mom made, a lot of them has never been washed it seems.
They still have blue lines, and tape on them in places.
I already washed a few, and they look great now, I wish I had a way to display them.

So, anything good going on. good food, drinks ?

I just got back from the heart doctor, man it's nasty cold out.
On a heart monitor again, but had a cute doctor today which made my heart run faster
Well I'm not dead yet you know, gotta enjoy the little stuff.

So, anything good going on, week is going well for you I hope.

I hope your heart is good. So much snow here. Work was called off but our house lost power for 6 hours. There was no heat and internet.

Need to get another one of these. We had one in the garage but it was gone. I seriously think our broke ass tenant stole it and sold it. There are many options for portable power stations but I want one that can jump a car and have ac or dc outlet to charge the laptop.

They are nice to have, but mine went bad within two years.
I have a propane heater safe for indoor use if the power goes out, good for a big room, and might keep pipes from freezing.

Hi peoples, I hope you all are better off than I am today, pretty sick here from my doctors appointment yesterday, and a bad night.
I'll be alright I guess, might take a day, or two.
I'm not doing much today, but hurting.

It’s minus 17 here and should be warming up now that the suns up. This cold snap might be all the winter there is this winter for the southern British Columbia. Everyone living in Justin Trudeau’s tent cities are suffering and how many froze to death? At least I’ll get a couple of days of overtime.

I was thinking last night about all those meth heads around here freezing, I really don't feel sorry for them a bit being they are a blight.
As for the people who fell on hard times I do feel sorry for them, life happens, and sometimes it's not nice.
I saw one walking down the railroad yesterday, he was not dressed for the cold, before I could stop his to give him a good coat he was gone.

Snow on the ground again here this morning, maybe an inch, or more.
I hope it's clear on the roads, I have a heart monitor to return today.
I really dread that drive even on a good day.
