It's been mostly dry this Fall.

I visited the longest pier in Canada. Just half an hour drive from Vancouver.


The car I have is very fun. Love driving on the highway.

It sounds great like in this video. My sister's new Subaru BRZ doesn't make the pops and cracks. Mine is faster than hers.

Nice car, but being an old folk I hate the sound, it doesn't have the rumble of the old sports cars.
I do like the cars though, and they handle great with some speed, saw one weaving through traffic the other day like he was on the track.
LOL, he was pissing off many drivers cutting them off.

Nice photo, I think I would spend a day there sitting on the end of that pier, would be nice with someone else.

I doubt Ill own one again, but no telling, I might just part with the money one day.
I don't drive very often now, and really can't work on cars anymore, but would like one.
I had several old mustangs, but the 69 is one I always wanted, it's just my favorite one.

Well it wasn't that bad, but I bet it was hard to get it back on the ramp.

I owned a 70, 71, 72, and 98 mustang.
The 70 was pretty much like a 69 except for headlights, and some other minor things.
What I like about the 69 is the side ports, and headlights, it had four lights instead of two.
Add some cougar taillights, and I really like the car a lot more.

71-73 are basically the same car also, and the longest of them, not as good handling as the ones before those.
The 429 engine in the smaller cars was a bit much for them really, the 289 was about perfect in reality, but a lot less HP.
I enjoyed the 351 Cleveland engine a lot, but it could get you killed fast also from loss of traction.
Suspension was not good back then as today, handling was sometimes a workout, but was fun.

Those cars must have been nice. I really like the 2024 Mustang Dark Horse but $74,000+CAN is pricey. There are other cars in that price range with better performance.

Ford has always had a slower than it should be Mustang except for the late 60's, early 70s.
The bad part is they know the issue, and will not fix it.

Where others have shorter pistons, for has the long ones which take longer for rotation of the cam, and everything mechanical.
All that means less torque in the end.
Air flow is restrictive also, that's why K&N filters help some, and Borla exhaust help a lot.
On my 98 mustang the heads where even pathetic, but I still loved the car.

A lot of the issue for a long time now is also insurance, and liability of ford making a fast car.
Insurance would go way up if they made one faster, and people would stop buying them again.

Hi peoples, peeking out of the abyss for a moment, and hoping you all are doing well.
I'm sitting here trying to figure out Christmas this year, I hate Christmas.
They need to put Thanksgiving mid year, not back to back with Christmas, so hard to deal with.

So, anything good going on, nothing here, just the same old.
I have been on a teriyaki sauce binge lately, been putting it on burgers, and steaks a lot, makes a great steak.

Strange is right, yeah I admit it I'm strange proud of it also.
Well with the rain, and getting old my body says stay in today, so the world will be without my awesome presence again.
Being a recluse it's like that anyhow so whats it matter.

So today, nothing going on, might just go to bed again, might just sit here doing much of nothing, how about you ?

Good thing about being a recluse, I don't have to smell other people, or put up with the bull that comes with them.
Hard enough putting up with myself sometimes as OCD as I am about house work.

I like a select few people, and most of them in short burst you know.
Nothing against them I love them very much, but I have few nerves left.
Like the Grinch, leave me alone up on my mountain with my little scruffy dog.

Hi peoples cold sunny day here today, this morning was a bit frosty out.
Doing a sorting of junk today as I can, getting rid of whats not used.
Not much left, but it pops up here, and there.

The good part about getting rid of stuff you don't need is you can easily find what you do need.
Well that's if someone puts it all back after use of course.
Still I don't own much so I can find what I need usually.

So, anyone Christmas shopping ?
I'm way behind, and lost myself, a few people might not get anything this year since I can't really go out shopping.
The kids are took care of, that's really what counts anyhow I guess.
So, anybody in the same situation, lost to what to get people ?

So, bad day here, had a bad spell last night with my heart going nuts.
Two nitro tabs, and a heart pill, my head is splitting right now.
Yeah should have went to the emergency room, but I need my time at home for a while, and things needing done for Sunday dinner.
After that i don't care.

So I hope you all are keeping warm, been having flurries here today, windy, and cold out.
Eat some good warm food, and cover up all comfy like

Not for me, I can't do most the exercises they want me to do because of other issues.
All they want to do is kill me with pills.

Ill likely be in the hospital again soon after the holidays, I refuse to go before that.
I know how they are, take me in, and observe me while filling me up with meds I can't tolerate.
They have been talking pace maker also, and cutting me back open, I really want neither.
The issue is my neck, and nerves, not the heart which is messed up because of the nerves, and them messing with my heart.
