hi peoples, I hope it's good for you, not that bad here I guess considering.
I'm trying g to do a little cleaning is all, been using a lot of vinegar today, it cleans pretty good, and I like the smell.

So, anyone having any pre Christmas fun yet ?

Frosty, I didn't know that, you can clean with vinegar. I only knew that if you soak dirty coins they get clean.

Listening to lots of Xmas music, yay!! It really lifts you up some days and makes the day better.

Yeah vinegar has been used for a long time as a cleaner, just use a cup in a bucket full of water, or straight.
Cleans windows pretty good also, and the grime out of them.
Every time I clean the floors I rinse it off with some vinegar, and water.

You can put your sponge in some in a bowl, and put it in the microwave for a few minutes, and wipe the microwave out with it.
It will kill the germs, and clean it out if not a big mess in there.

Had a wonderful christmas dinner at the casino. Company was giving us all $20 credit for the casino. I wanted to leave but coworkers pleaded me to stay and play some slots. Was down to $3. I thought what a stupid pointless game. Then by some miracle I won $110. Cashed that out.

My friend in Georgia his son goes around saying Cobra Kai a lot.

I'm almost done with Christmas shopping myself, I have one more gift to find.
Another year I'm not getting myself something, so depressing I give me the best gifts.

I have that, some good mixed stuff also.
If you where here I would give you some.
I have a lot of herbal teas, and I cold brew it all, but I know most people like the hot stuff.
I use honey for a sweetener also, adds a great flavor to most the teas.

I don't even drink coffee, but it seems everyone else does.
I tried to drink coffee a long time ago, but I thought it was awful.
I can drink tea straight up, but rather some honey in it, and cold.
The herbal teas I can drink as they are also, but Honey, how can you do without honey.

Hi everybody. How are things?
My mother died 3 weeks ago after a lengthy illness. We are sad but also relieved, particularly my sister who was looking after her for several years.
Mom didn't have much, so sorting out her estate is not nearly as painful as it could have been.
Anyway, Christmas is almost here. I have to get out to do some shopping today, and sort out some other stuff.

Yeah, vinegar does make a fairly good cleaner for some applications. I don't really like the smell though, but I use it in cooking from time to time to give the food that sour taste.

I like to drink coffee, but I cut back on it because it was affecting my esophagus with an acid reflux type problem. Now I have one cup in the morning and then I drink water all day and tea in the evening.

Sorry to here that beanthere, I know the relief, but it still hurts.

My Christmas is over now, and I'm glad.
We had ours this morning, and I came home, and been in bed a lot since, but it was worth it.

Christmas, it's been too busy to do lately... not family so much but some small online auctions I do admin on to help a few animal shelters overseas.
Takes up so much time really.... I'm glad they're finished now and come on here and chat more

Christmas music... I love it, really cheers up the dark winters... I bought a few second hand CDs off ebay a few weeks back, I wish I had before now... one of them is Glenn Miller Xmas music and Mantovani. Only happen to come across them by chance on youtube.

That was a really good day... $110, wow! I've never been in a casino but it would be interesting to watch people at the tables and that.

Beanthere, I'm so sorry about your mom passing and her being ill and that.
I noticed you hadn't been around lately...

I've got the last few things on Thursday, needed to get them posted to my sister on Saturday. We only have a few good shops here in this little town but they do have a few nice stores and some nice things, not too expensive either.
It's hard to find things sometimes when don't say what they'd like either... good thing for fancy Xmas biscuits, Xmas chocolate, socks and Xmas mugs and books and that.
We look for lots of littles.
