I loved seeing that video of the man the first time spraying that bum, maybe they need sprinklers that come on at night, might cool down the hot concrete.
The boulders are a good idea, and the city official needs to shut up, the city isn't helping with the illegal stuff that went on.
If anything the city should pay the bill for the boulders.

Here the city wanted to clear out all the homeless from downtown, and around the richer peoples homes so they ran them out our way in the suburbs.
Now we have drug addicts all over the place, and homeless camping spread out all over.
I guess I'm like that old man, I don't feel sorry for them, and they would not get any rest around me.
Don't get me wrong, I would help someone in need if they wasn't a drug addict, or just sorry like most of them are, I really feel for those few.

i guess IF these homeless were polite clean quiet etc etc. as they are in japan and dont give a crap if you they screw over your business. i dont see how they figure they have the right to act like dikheads taking drugs outside your home. like fuk no way children should come close to these people.

in japan ive been there the homeless are NICE and polite. a few days didnt want to pay for expensive hotels. although now very cheap hotels can be found. and the subway finished at 1 am. forget taxis to cheap hotels its insane how expesinve taxis are even before. so slept on the park benches with homeless in osaka. guess they could killed me in my sleep. but no one did. i could believe thou they could have mental issues and still kill me. but just beleive all the people even the worst people as is group society dont make the trouble that homeless people would in the usa/canada.

i think many of these japanese homeless lost there job too ashamed to tell there family no job so thats why they are there. but also the japanese economy is sort of quite bad vs 30 years ago. stagnation.

found this but have seen other japanese homeless not like in your country. fun fact that japanese homeless man speaks DAM good clear english. i have not encountered that at all anywhere in japan. acautlly the level of english in japan is quite low. and if someone can speak english it would be the japanese woman. when played live poker in cambodia. had many japanese friends one was even a english teacher i was told by the other japanese. but he could not speak one word of english. they just understand and can read in english. anohter japanese firend at the poker could hardly speak any english at all. BUT i was shocked how good his written english was and dam fast replies. japan is not the place to find anyone that can speak good english ditto korea as well. few and very far between. but not blaming them its there country just stating facts.

I have seen some of the homeless videos about Japan in the past few years, and Tokyo has a lot of them because of housing prices.
You can rent a small pod that's like a coffin you can sleep in, they are always full they say, and used even by higher paid people in management positions.
I think the man traveling around on his skateboard should move on to someplace better, and try another job.
If he could even learn to live off the land would help, he looks quite able to me.
I would try to help him if he was here, and even give him a job occasionally, I would trust him over what I have around here.

Japans jobs have went away quite a lot the last two decades, many of the tech jobs have been outsourced to China, and other countries.
