if I was in charge I would send people in asking them if they have renounced US citizenship, and if so find a place like a deserted island where they can eat each other.
If they denounce citizenship they no longer have US rights so boot them out.
I'm sure Soros can afford caring for them, let him have the bill.

I guess the soy eaters are taking over, so soon society will fall apart, and nature will correct itself since they will die, and the strong will survive.
