Could it be that the quality of policing in the us dropping ? I have heard stories of the police in Vancouver doing some shady things. I’ve seen people in hospitals manner being rude in a manner that I found unacceptable. I’ve wondered if this decrease in quality is due to less people being available for many professions being drug’s have taken so many people out of schooling and the workforce.
