You are 100% correct. Any city with a high black population that is run by democrats makes the list.

Blacks in this country have been so dumbed down with government handouts, a substandard education system, drugs, crime, failed family values, and worst of all, indoctrination into the liberal victimhood mentality which encourages and enforces antisocial behavior that sometimes it's hard to see them as viable members of a modern society. At this point the 13% demographic that is the US black population is little more than a societal liability. Until the majority of the black population breaks away from the democrap party, and their morally bankrupt ideology, it will not get any better
