There are so many flood legends that also include giants. I do believe that this gradualism stuff that we are all told is fact and there was no flood, we all just came out of the trees about five thousand years ago is really an elaberate deception

Everyone has flood legends because there has been flooding all over the world for one reason, or another.
A the end of the last Ice age sea rise was almost 100 feet, inland flooding was significant, and most of the denser populations was near water.
Whole lands was flooded out, rivers went the other way, and if anything that's a biblical event on it's own.
Our collective has seen major floods, and made them into great myths also.
Here in the Americas the Mississippi people built great pyramids for their chiefs, and a place for worship, but was used also because great floods.
India had a great flood a few years ago, much of Bangladesh was underwater. Hurricane Katrina.
Great flood events that would have been sent by god, or gods as punishment in the past.
