See the back of the property? It directly borders Crown Land. Some of the most rugged, untouched, mountainous Crown Land the World has to offer.

This will soon be my new backyard:

That is a good dog..

Lots of them here.

They can harass the bear while you escape or go get the gun.

Looks pretty nice, and is that a creek in the back of the lot ?
buy you some goats, and they will keep the lot cleaned off for you.

Yes, that little bit of 'white' you see is actually a waterfall!

I will be buying a ride on mower, believe me!

You might want to find a tractor for it, a rider might take you hours.

Well, it all doesn't have to be done at once either! A few beers and one corner one day, a few beers and another corner another day...

Looks like a nice stand of woods there so maybe leave that to nature :)
You could always build a tree house in there for fun.

That's what I'm thinking too... Is it even necessary to cut all the grass?

I had a coworker with a piece of property similar, he just went in every few years to clear out the overgrowth, and leaves.
He did that so it wouldn't catch fire so easy if one broke out.

Actually, I did a quick calculation! A John Deere rider with the wide 54" blades at its top speed of 5.5 MPH can theoretically cut 2.7 acres per hour, so I don't think it's as bad as it looks!

You need to cut a bit off that time since you have obstetrical to cut around. Also if it's not level ground.
Then you have trimming, and with trees cleaning up first, and all that good stuff.

It doesn't have to be a perfect mow, with meticulous trimmings around every single obstacle! It is, after all, out in the country!

Still take time to keep it all up, even just trimming around the house.

I always wanted something like that place, but I couldn't keep it up anymore.
For me the best part would be no stinking neighbors to look at, or smelling going out your door.

Once the summer heat hits it, it generally wont grow that fast (unless you water it, of course)!
