I have had those shots in my back, and neck before, didn't help a bit.

I've been on the other type steroids for asthma quite a lot of times, it's the only thing that opens up your airways fast. Does make your weight go up but it drops back off soon after. I think the long term use can end up giving you brittle bones as well, not good.

Joint disorders also, not to mention organ growth that is dangerous.
Eats bone also after a while.

Frosty, scary stuff... I don't get why someone would put that stuff in their system when they're not even ill. Makes them psychotic a bit as well doesn't it. I had this body builder living next door to me years ago, his wife or GF was a body builder as well. He used to shout and sounded like he threw a boot at the wall sometimes.

Oh yeah, it makes them nuts after a while, I have seen many of them .
One boy who went to school with me had a stroke, and two heart attacks before he was 20 taking them.

I think he got what he deserved.

Isn't taking steroids as a rule about quickly and easily rising far higher in the "pecking order" ? The issue I have with the pecking order that is so glamourised in martial arts movies and action movies is that in reality that the pecking order is populated by egotistical stupid pushy assholes at the top. Though these guys usually feel like they are king I don't necessarily feel the need to respect them

To bad I didn't work out regularly to stay nice, and tone.

You know sun gives you a natural steroid by turning cholesterol into vitamin D very good for you in many ways.

I also know a guy who was INSANELY HUGE, but he had almost no endurance in the field...

I noticed that about a lot of the people who did them, many just looked good, but couldn't out lift, or out work anyone natural.
In my opinion do the extra work to look good, and you will be healthier, and better off.
