All people today are also the same species. That prehistory I think is probably mostly speculation.

There is always some speculation, but there is records, and proof on most of it.
I think where they get stuff wrong a lot is agreeable consensus, a group speculating on an idea, or theory.
Feeling in the blanks :teehe:

That video's assumption is a stretch. If they had laptops then why are they carving in stone and not driving cars and flying planes etc... ?

They really are not speculating, just reporting what others think, and also giving a logical explanation. It's up to the viewer to believe or not, I don't.

Those are all mysterious. I wonder if the first one, the Swiss watch wasn't a gift from the Jesuits who arrived in China at that time. They are far ahead of their time, extremely smart with access to nearly all secrets.

I would imagine that she received a lot of unwelcome attention by some of the less savoury of residents there. She must have been quite pretty.

The whole event in history was tragic, my guess a lot of good people died because of bad leadership, and communication.
The travel, and weather didn't help, she likely was sick after the voyage..

I am currently reading Graham Hancock's fascinating book Magicians of the Gods. I do believe the evidence he gives for his explanations for the flood about 12,800 years ago.

Interesting, not sure who the people where, but as I keep saying man has been around much longer than people think. We have been wiped out a few times I believe.

I find most those so called finds to be fake so it's hard to believe that one is real also.
There is small primates though that could explain it like these

That is bizarre. I have never heard of a primate that tiny. I doubt that they have a nice life in Captivity it actually get much love either in China.

There are several kinds of little primate like those. You have the tarsier, pygmy marmoset, mouse lemur, and I think a few others

What I have read it was several factors, the asteroid, food, sickness, eruptions, and even climate change. Damn those white hairy cavemen, and their fires. :teehe:
As for the BS pushed about today's, I think water runoff is a factor, undersea methane release, volcanic activate, tectonic, sun radiation, and man is a factor, but as history shows we could be much hotter in this cycle.
