I had some good Mac&cheese the other day from Cracker barrel two servings.
If I can get the cheese mixture right I would bake some more often.

The plate supplied to me, could feed three to four people easily.
It was Oh, so tasty.
Good value for the dollars spent.

i had Mexican Saturday, a bit shredded beef burrito, rice, and re-fried beans.

I just realized the correlation between the scale, and the trips across the line, to the U.S.A.

I need to reduce those numbers, twice as fast as I gained them.
