I'll have to finish this long but interesting video after work. Singapore, Macao and Taiwan have had good leaders so it's not genetically impossible for chinese to not be tyrants. Hong Kong was such an amazing place when it was British. The positive energy isn't there now.

I hated it for the people when the Brits gave it back, but that was a deal they made.
It's a shame they left it wide open because the people they left has to pay.

Hong Kong chinese have a superiority complex. There are some that I like but they backstabbing China for the British and then backstabbing Britain for China. Their trying to get rid of things that remind visitors and the locals of the 156 years of British rule. They deserve Chinese rule. China knows how Hong Kong people discriminate against mainlanders.

I can understand that, it's like British rule of the colonies which was lax till the crown needed money.
Shame people are not so much like that today in America, our government is balls deep in all our asses.
I think with Hong Kong they are just wanting their own identity, and rule with the same old freedoms without anyone else sticking it in them.

I knew they where buying up a lot of land, and I don't think that should be legal in any way.
