I know it does, they need good security guards . If I could I would volunteer my time, if they would let me. I'm well armed, and would buy me some body armor.

Personally I think they need to bring back work farms, and if they are able make them spend their life on one away from the population.

If they killed someone take their organs to save lives to at least repay society a little. It's the only real pay someone can give for taking a life I think.

Word still gets out even if slower, they really gain nothing in the end if someone really wants to know something.
The government just makes it harder to get information.
