I would imagine that as most of Rome’s conquered lands were ethnically white areas that most of the slaves of the Roman Empire were white. This would have been for many hundreds of years. This ten minute video shows what the life of a slave in the Roman Empire was like.

Most people who bought property/slaves wouldn't just kill them, but they where abused, and some to death.
The average slave unless in the mines, or rowing a boat where which was usually a death sentence got treated well enough to be feed, and clothed.
A learned slave had higher value, and where usually treated well, not always though.
And as always the girls like today got abused, and worse the more attractive they where.
The time of Augusta dying even the boys was bought as sex slaves on mass. Rome had fallen into the depravity of the Greeks some historians said.

Something not mentioned about Romans selling themselves into slavery, there usually was a contract that had the time, and treatment.

When the Goths, and Visigoths arrived fleeing their countries, Rome was buying people for a keg of wine, people sold their kids off for hope they wouldn't starve.
Rome did them pretty wrong not letting them migrate, and they later paid dearly for it.

Though these bits of the history of slavery are interesting I imagine that they are too x rated to be taught in school. Depravity has a long history.

The history that needs pushed today is that it was whites that stopped most the slave trad in the world.
Also that it's still going on, in black Africa, North Africa, and behind closed doors maybe next door to some of us.
It's not a black thing, and White thing, it's a world thing that should be stopped.

ROME was just one empire that used slavery, most empires have over the history of man.

Chinese have sex slave operations all over China and even some in Canada among who knows how many places.

The Chinese have had them here since the old west, and especially in the old Opium dens of the western states.
I'm not positive, but the Triad, and Tong even had shop setup back then in places like California, and Washington State pushing inland.

The Muslims enslavement of whites seems almost like forbidden history. I only in recent years learned of the two American wars against the Barbary pirates because of their enslavement of American seamen. This went on mostly according to this video for about 300 years.

Good video, but sheeeee! people want to here about the poor black slaves here that whites freed, not those poooor Muslim pirates we had to go put down.
But never mind the whites stopping slavery with their blood, how about the slave trade Obama opened up in Libya, it's booming on the streets over there.

Only white Christian Americans get blamed for slavery. As I’m sure that I have pointed out. As I’ve mentioned before the USA didn’t exist until 1776 and Americans had bigger problems than slavery to deal with like the war of independence which lasted a decade or two and the war of 1812 which lasted a few years and not to mention the two wars against the Barbary pirates which were enslaving Christian Americans. It did not take long before in around 1808 Americans banned the importation of slaves from Africa and as you mentioned the loss of life ending slavery. In 1840 Britain used 40% of their GDP to buy all of the black slaves in Britains freedom.

It's black Africans, and Muslims that still have, and condone slavery around the world on the most part.
I never here any BLM, or group here fighting for those slaves, just crying about how bad someone was treated prior to 1865, and ignoring the people who stopped slavery.
It wasn't them who stopped it, it was white Christians, those Christians who are blamed today.

They also ignore who started legal slavery here, it was a black man, and many blacks after owned slaves here.
I'm not making excuses for those whites who owned slaves of course, but blame is not on people today, and we don't owe them anything for it since blood was paid.
Those to blame are also Democrats, they still want them enslaved, but for votes.
They want to keep them down for votes.
They want to keep them dumb for votes.
They want them living in garbage for votes.
They also are working hard on stupid whites making them where they can not think for themselves.

Don’t forget Chinese have always enslaved people among countless other atrocities and the native Americans also took slaves of the lucky ones of those captured who weren’t tortured to death. For those wanting reparations how about citizenship in an African country, a one way ticket and then they get their $$$$$$$. Then they can live their racist lives in a no white people paradise.

The Chinese do it to each other even as well as anyone under their thumbs.

It still happens all over including western countries, but not in visible site like Africa, and the Muslim world which has been forced into stopping a lot of it by who ? Whites of course.
The thing is though we really have looked over China in the last 50 years since Nixon opened up to them.
We look over them for the cheap products they produce for us which is wrong as the ones working the slaves.
