Every restrictive state gun law is an infringement on the 2nd Amend. The SCOTUS has ruled in favor of the 2nd Amendment on most of the gun law challenges brought before it during the 20th and 21st centuries. Just a week or so ago the SCOTUS ruled in the "NYSRPA v. Bruen" decision that New York's 100-year-old gun control law, restricting the concealed carrying of a firearms, as unconstitutional. In other words NY. and by default all other "MAY ISSUE" states are now "SHALL ISSUE" states making it lawful to carry a firearm concealed in public, (outside your home) provided you have no felony record of history of mental illness.

Also you do know that there are 20 states where open carry in public is perfectly legal, right? So stop your bullshit.

Well, to be honest Trudeau has been the best handgun salesmen this country has ever had. They can still be bought, and are flying off the shelves faster than inventory can keep up! He may ban new sales in October (while Grandfathering current owners), or he may not... Maybe he decides it's October 2023!

Remember our 'Assault Weapon' ban? That ban has now been pushed well into next year.

We're not operating like Australia, New Zealand, or Britain did in this regard for some strange reason...

They passed a bunch of revenge laws in opposition to the SCOTUS calling out their restrictive ccw bullshit as unconstitutional... But the one issue that has me worried is the ammo tracking crap that affects internet sales... A lot of retails will just say fuck it and not ship ammo to NJ because of the onerous paperwork and legal requirements.

That's fucked, to have a database of who bought how much ammo, and what type. Not even we do that here. I don't see the purpose of this.
