That is a cool looking fish. I think they have oee or two at the Vancouver Aquarium.

Check out this elephants selfie. I suspect that he watched what they were doing and knew exactly what he was doing. Elephants I have read are very intelligent.

It was pretty good, the monkey below took his own, and got best picture in a lot of magazines.
The pictures are public domain because the animal took them, there where lawsuits over the monkey one, the camera owner lost.

Racoons however aren't rodents. That racoon I bet will have a great fun life as I imagine that these people are very nice and the dogs are too. A dog owner told me once. "Mean people have mean dogs" Check out the photos.

Another week, and yet another unlikely animal friendship that could’ve come straight from a Disney movie.

This time around, it’s Pumpkin the raccoon - who was rescued by dog lovers Rosie and William Kemp after suffering a broken leg when she fell out of a tree in Nassau, Bahamas.

The couple decided to take her after Pumpkin’s mother failed to return for the fallen animal.

Since then, she’s forged an unlikely friendship with the couple’s dogs - and is even said to believe that she’s one of them.

Speaking to thedodo.com, Rosie described raising Pumpkin as a ‘full time job’.

‘She instantly bonded with us and our two rescue dogs and follows me and our two dogs everywhere we go’, Rosie said.

‘She now thinks she is a dog. She is able to play and be rough with them and she respects them when they have had enough.’


It’s currently illegal to own a raccoon as a pet in some American states - but not in the Bahamas, meaning that Pumpkin can now live out the very definition of a dog’s life.
