It's for mining, and haling to the refinery, or a dump point to be emptied.
Strip mining is usually what that's for.

They would have issues going down the streets as big as they are, they would take all the power out, and anything in the way .
If some nut went crazy he could do a lot of damage with one.

Really I doubt a zombie would climb that unless they go up the stairs on the other side when you stopped.
They move quite fast over big rocks, and even full sized pickups lol

Those are not slow at all GF, and can run through a house without slowing down, I have seen them personally going down coal roads here in KY land.
They easily go highway speeds.
