The new star trek movie is so awful.

I walked out after about 45 minutes. It was basically a more version of Avatar. The director should be ashamed of himself as well as the boring actors.
I should have demanded my money back.

I enjoyed it, but unlike the old one with Kerk, and Ricardo it won't be remembered.
The old version was corny as can be, but it's memorable.
The new one is just more of the same new stuff, cool for the effects, but nothing really special.

I'm an avid ST fan and thought it wasn't that bad. I liked it better than the first, stupid one.

It did have a better story than the first, about all I remember of it was the old corvette, and Scotty on the ice world.

Oh, the storyline for the reboot movie was utterly ridiculous. Now that was a bad movie, imo.

It relied of the glitter of effects, that's all it had.

... and lens flares. The writers were kind of panned for being unoriginal ie. using the Khan storyline. For the third installment, they need to come up with a brand new story.
