Blue, I am writing the signature. Give me 5 more minutes. He is from Germany right? He is a victim spammers coming from Racksack CDIR block, which is his IP. Those IP blocks are blocked by defaults in zbblock. Racksack is known to host some worst hackers and spammers. Following signatures in zbblock/vault/signature.inc deny him access. I will write a bypass, but it maybe a good idea if he consider changing his ISP.

Ummm, not it is Quebess as I see in ip reverselook up. The ip address you PM belongs to his cell phone. See PM for signature. Those should let him in.

Yes add those two lines to customsig.inc at the bottom before ?> (you should have ?> as the last line)

phpBB is popular but I never liked it. I prefer Wordpress, so I can run forum on one page, and blog on the other, etc etc. Also Wordpresss has plugins for almost anything you can imagine. I can customize Wordpress much quicker then any other php based CMS. Sorry that is no IP address. I did not pay attention to it. It is a local non-transportable IP which your PC/laptops/phone get assigned by your Cable or DSL modem. Can you do this? Go to my website http://www.shaadiconnections.com from your PC. My Who's who plugin will record your IP and domain name. I will take that info send a customsign for your PC to Blue.
