i desperately wanted to go to greece this year

Unread post by evs »

.. but looks like it'll be harrison hot springs instead:)..

travel for a family of five is an expensive sport. if you really want to do it, but your tickets in september/october of the previous years when the sales are on. or have money to pay 1.5k per ticket for the cheapest seat.

where are you traveling this year? or, staycation anyone?

and welcome new subforum. love the open wide spaces in the new forum buds:)

I'm sad you're not going. I've never been, but I'd love to go

I've been here for a while. The only traveling I've done is to visit family in he Bay Area. Ive been up to Nicaragua a few times for week end trips. Did get to go to Mal Pais last month for a few days. Hey, what about Cuba?

spiffing idea. She'd fit right in, and if she hurries might arrive while a least one of the Castro brothers is still topside.

i actually would fit right in, serbian passport owners don't need visa to enter cuba:) as an ex-military of the us of a you are probably on their no-entry list:)) and rightfully so. :victory:

to answer your question major - my FIL is going to be joining us and his health is not great so going to a local resort makes more sense. cuba or greece - next year one of them, the following year the other?:).. fingers crossed..

what are you doing for vacation this year? staycation totally counts:)

My missus is Greek-Australian whose family comes from Ithaca. We are looking forward to a trip in the very near future, catching up with relatives and some beautiful ocean vistas in amongst the vineyards and olive groves.
