There is no stress or anxiety because the fear is gone. You feel more relaxed, at ease, and at peace. You live fearlessly and bravely.

I have been researching it for ages, if it is at all possible to research such a thing at all--which many people would deny.

Most people do not know, and they claim that no one else knows, either, because no one has returned from the dead to tell us. (Not true, by the way.)
Most people think that when you are gone, that is the end of you. You have no memory of anything, Game over. Finished.
They think that all talk of Heaven or Hell or another life are just made up stories to scare people, or to comfort them. And that these are just 'false promises' of religions. And that there is nothing in it, really.
So for most people, death is a big unknown.
And that is very scary. It is the oldest and strongest fear of all.
But then, most people are not "Muslims".
