What are you smoking JoJo?

You really do get desperate when I remind you that you have your dick out
And you own little Fashionista at Blue Cashew, cc.

"Fashionista! I don't wike what he sez! Can you delete this? Delete that! Wah! (pout) (stomps feet).

Gotta admit, you gotter wrapped around yer pinkie, cc.

Oh well, at least at Erica's forum, it's 'cc-free'.

You don't control her or stomping-groundz.

There should be at least one forum free of your influence.

trying cowardly selective editing and ad homs

It was "Tuck your exposed dick back in your pants

Without googling, and visiting a bunch of hungry real estate sites. What would a nice 3 BR house in a nice neighborhood go for in Vancouver?

No, you might be able to pick one up for less.
That would be the right price for a really good one: New, high quality, large, in Vancouver's West Side--in short, some rich person's estate.
$1-2 million CAD is probably an average right now--for starters, that is, entry level. Not less.
And don't forget property taxes and maintenance. Those will be truly surprisingly high.
Century 21's “Most Expensive Places to Live” list places Vancouver's west side at number one in Canada, at $1,201 a square foot, on average. Oct 23, 2017.
Lululemon founder Chip Wilson's Kitsilano mansion at 3085 Point Grey Road remains the most valuable property, with an assessed value of $73.12 million — down $5.716 million compared to the previous year. Jan 2, 2019.
That's what a palatial mansion will cost in Van.
The Playboy Mansion in the Holmby Hills area of L.A. is $77 m. U.S. Possibly up to $100 m. But that is 22,000 sq. ft, and 5 1/2 acres.
Nothing to sneer at.

One of my condos was assessed at over $1 m. CAD by the Government.

That's a nice house, in a nice neighbourhood.

You can't get even a run-down place for under a million and a half.

Looks like a Canadian dollar is worth .74 of a US dollar. So 1 million Canadian would equal $740,000 US.

Very close to housing in the SF Bay Area. It’s expensive, and still a solid investment. More so in Sonoma county.

They're all nice neighbourhoods, except DTES (downtown east side). Anywhere in the east side near DTES.

Well, if you want the best, you need to pay for the best.
You can't have R.E. prices here the way they are in Baghdad.
If I could make it in Baghdad, what would I be doing in fucking Vancouver?

Maybe you get more for your tax dollar where you live, mimi.

But all I hear in the city of Vancouver is nothing but complaints from homeowners.

Part of the problem might be attributed to the previous mayor, who lavished millions on bike lanes and wealthy homeowners on the West Side.

That Idiot mayor Gregor Robertson cut back on things like weekly garbage pickup, surely a farsighted move in light of the COVID crisis. Fucking idiot.

if i had the books i would look back at the median income and average property price in 1980 and go from there.
It found that with homes in the city hovering around an average $1,196,000 price tag, the income required for those hoping to buy into the market is $161,193.

The catch? Median household incomes in the city are nowhere near that, clocking in at $65,327. Or, put another way, a “whopping” $97,866 short of affording the average home price.

what is that? and how do i make the rest of my life about it.

And yet it was Gregor Robertson's decision to cut back garbage collection services in the city of Vancouver from once every week to once every two weeks. He and his pukey Vision Vancouver made that decision even tho many perhaps most residents objected.

That's a large reason why Vancouver's city streets smell like piss and shit.
