I LOVE this track! And I have yet to hear anything comparable in terms of arrangement and production...strings? Singers? Upchurch's unique playing style...yikes!
This is a track I can never listen to just once.
Just the way it begins - exploding with echo and all these sounds on a bold confident chord...it's like we've been dropped into the middle of something already happening. It takes a few seconds to get our bearings but then we are hearing something fresh and, my, but does it ever deliver on that initial promise!
